These are the Skookumchuk Narrows. When we sailed through there, the current was of 15 knots (30 km/h), creating gigantic waves just through the movement due to tides. We had to power right through yet the boat still veered. Random people in the background cheered us on. They came to just see the narrows, but got an extra treat.
